Filing or obtaining a Police Report:
To file a police report, please complete a Voluntary Statement Form (link below).
To obtain a copy of a police report you filed, please complete a Police Report Request Form (link below).
*Allow 3-5 business days for processing a Police Report request.
Either form can be emailed to the Police Department (link below) or dropped off at the Police Department located inside City Hall.
Regular business hours: Monday through Thursday 830a - 530p - there is also a secure after-hours drop box next to the City Hall front door.
